One of the best car rental brands. Nice a new vehicles, good service and a fair insurance policies. I have used it a lot of times and almost always the service was superb. And sometimes you can get an ugrade to a beutiful Mercedes or a convertible! :)

Miss Rodriguez Silva was really helpful when I went to the car, she excelled as a great service staff. Miss Rita Dias also was the best when booking my service. The car choice was really safe and new: mercedes benz class A. I would recommend.

I had a car from this agency for three days. They prepared the contract in the office including on it a long list of small damages already happened on the car. Any picture was added on the contract, and I didn't check when collected the car on the car park. Anybody was in the car park, I was hurry and didn't check. Now I have received a claim by mail for a scratch that I didn't know and didn't happen when I was using the car. Now they are able to attach the picture on the dossier. I have now replyed to the mail, and hope they don't charge to me the maintenance. The car was fully of similar scratches, so hope I don't pay the full paint of the chassis.
